Unable to save reaction with monomers to SDF V3000 #5840

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Micro
Load from file: Unable to save reaction with monomers to SDF V3000.zip
Save canvas to SDF V3000

Actual behavior System throws exception: Convert error! core: <reaction> is not a base molecule

Expected behavior Saves only molecules to SDF v3000 (without reaction)

Found while testing - https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/5400
