Steps to Reproduce

Go to Micro
Load from file: All type of monomers in horisontal chain and large micromolecule in the middle.zip
Save canvas to CDXML/Base64 CDX/CDX
Load it back using Open as New Project button

Actual behavior System puts on the canvas:

Expected behavior System let you put on the canvas
