Loading a KET file in macro mode, bond connections are preserved but microstructures are shifted #5886

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open KET file in macro mode->Flex mode template009.zip

Example of initial structure: 2024-10-30_15h45_52

Note: If we open saved file in Micro mode structures not shifted.

Actual behavior After open saved KET file in macro mode bond connections are preserved however micro structures are shifted 2024-10-30_15h47_14

Expected behavior After open saved KET file in macro mode bond connections are preserved and micro structures not shifted to new positions 2024-10-30_15h45_52

Tested. Bug fixed for load KET 2024-11-07_10h54_20
