Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macro - Flex mode
Load from file: Copy_paste operation works wrong (copy only two hydrogen bonds and drops others).zip
Press Ctrl+A to select all
Press Ctrl+V to paste

Actual behavior Most of hydrogen bonds are missed

Expected behavior All bonds are in place
