ContractMetadata and TokenMetadata have reference and media attributes that preferrably should link to distributed storage. Contract will score more if it is true.

List of to be supported storages:

https://www.storj.io/
https://swarm.ethereum.org/
https://filecoin.io/
https://sia.tech/
https://www.arweave.org/
ipfs:// in general (many different gateways possible).

Here we first of all need to think how to determine that decentralized storage is used.

URL can be considered distributed (without 100% being sure) if:

starts with ipfs:// or ipns:// - IPFS protocol is not yet supported by browsers, exception is Brave
has /ipfs/ in the URL
has ipfs. in the URL
has arweave.net\<HASH> in the URL
