Build reproducibly #18

As it is now, nfstrace fails to build reproducibly.

This change adds support for SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH to enable reproducible builds.

Coverage remained the same at 47.409% when pulling 2311a0fd6eaf46615fd2936500a16c463e6870ff on andrewshadura:master into d91c2bd778a752b196a81480f7c33c16f5aad4d6 on epam:master.

The patch should be rewritten. I will merge it and fix defects in next commits.
