Added missing devDependencies #1

I don't seem to need these dependencies to make it work. What is your version of npm? Mine is 3.3.12.

Do you have an error without these dependencies? If so, I will merge this PR.

My installation is/was quite old, version 2.15.0, and I needed the two dependencies added to make it work - I just tried another machine with version 3.8.6 and here I didnt needed the two extra lines. If you dont see any reason to support older versions you can just reject :)

Well, it might happen to someone else, 2 more dependencies won't kill anyone... Merging it. Cheers!
