We needed to have a cast for a wrist to attach the nylon string connected to bowden cables below the palm of the hand. It should fit every person who would like to try our design. So it should be elastic, but at the same time rigid to make the whole system stay in one place.

The piece is 3d printed as a flat part and then with usage of heat we can fold it multiple times and fit to many hands in different positions.
