Updates scallion and silex sources to working versions
Removes old-syntax and no-indent options, they're not necessary and a bit annoying
updates lisa-examples (which was not compiling!) to be up to date with new tactics and paths

Lisa should work ootb with these. You do have to switch to sbt though
