changed dae meshes in urdf #13

I have changed the mesh files (in the urdf) which are used to visualize the robot. Now it is prettier.

It would be a good idea to cite the source of some of these components in the README somewhere (presumably you didn't write these from scratch). When this becomes public, I'm sure those people would appreciate it.

Would love to know the original source, me and nicola got bot the same meshes from different packages.
