`EntityPlayer:GetTearRangeModifier()` doesn't seem to be working correctly #467

I tried it with numerous range ups and downs, but it always returns 0, I guess it doesn't work because the range got changed in Repentance.

This function is tied to the Experimental Treatement item, my bad!
