I think there should be a way to give a custom made curse it's map icon, similary to the new way of adding custom item icons in My Stuff! menu by giving a name of the curse anm2 file in the root of the file.
Also there should be a variable called ignoreCandle or something similar, to prevent the Black Candle item from removing the custom curse if needed.
