Friendly flies and spiders damages aren't affected by damages bonuses from modded content

Damage bonuses coming from modded items or custom character's innate bonus or multiplier do not affect the damages done by friendly flies and spiders.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a custom character with a damage bonus (EVALUATE_CACHE) or an item granting a similar bonus
• Start a new run with that character (or Isaac and give him your item)
• Give your character Guppy's Head
• Use the debug 8, debug 7 commands
• Generates some flies
• Enter a room with enemies and let your flies do the damages
• See that the displayed damage done by the flies is still 7.00 (instead of 2x whatever your damage stat is at).
