I'd like to suggest two additional functions for gene plot:
1) Plots can currently be saved by right-clicking or taking a screenshot, but a link to a pdf/svg as in in screenshot app would be very useful.
2) Customizable titles or logical titles based on the gene set and numerical track would be useful.
