Problem in load local file #88

my OS is ubuntu16.04 and apach2.4 getting the error 'data fetch failed' no matter what type of data I try to upload.

Hi Daofeng: I got the error 'data fetch failed' when I used the new browser, and no error in old one, but I can not upload a 300kb file to the old one in three hours, that did not happen half years ago. I am urgent need this browser to get some picture for paper. If possible, can you give me some detail informations to install this browser? I did not understand the installation offered in https://epigenomegateway.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html. Thanks very much. best wish Li zhe

Hi @StayHungryStayFool , the old browser does support file upload, the new one doesn't yet (except hub file). so are you using a link or text file? Or you can send me your files, I will host it for you.

Thanks Daofeng for replying. I upload data with text file. like this : /home/lzq/Desktop/software/IGV_2.4.8/genomes/Self/Change_Gen/mm10-chr14_annotation_sort.bed.gz . the bed file was made by tabix tools. How can I send file to you, by email?
