Loading .cool hi-c interaction files #92

I don't see any documentation on how to load .cool files in the eg browser. How could I load my cool file stored locally into the browser?

Hi @rikrdo89 , the cool file works with local browser mirror, since that format cannot be accessed remotely. so you would need a local mirror first, then the cool file need be stored at the same server as the mirror.
