local mirror not loading annotation tracks #95

Hi , I put the refGene.gz and refGene.gz.tbi files to /srv/epgg/data/data/subtleKnife/mm10 , but could not load this tracks in the local browser. the log show loading 1 tracks... standby,.

Any config file I need to edit?

you would need to modify the tracks.json file under mm10/config folder.
