What is an NWA license? #2

Hello,

I was just about to send a pull request to regenerate the Manifest file for media-tv/plex-media-server (manifest needs to be updated when files are removed as well as added),and I realized the ebuild is under the NWA license instead of the more conventional ones found in the Gentoo tree.

What is this license and what are the implications?

So anything contributed here can never be contributed to the main Gentoo tree as long as they have a code of conduct.

For me at least, that means I probably can't contribute here or even look at these ebuilds, since I don't want to accidentally replicate any of your changes into the main tree.
