Smarter removal of addons #32

Now when removing addons it looks for potentially related addons and asks the user if they want to remove these too. When removing HandyNotes for example:

Can you squash the patches into one patch, please? That makes reviewing it easier.

Done! It should be easier to see all changes made now hopefully. :) This is my first time using git rebase so I might not have done it perfectly.
