Clean up grammar and formatting #36

Just some simple grammar and formatting improvements! I can do another, more in-depth, clean up if this is something that's useful.

But why should they the names be in smaller letters?

I was just going for consistency, since some were uppercase and some were lowercase. There's no particular reason why I made them all lowercase versus all uppercase. I left terms like programming languages and acronyms uppercase, since those are typically styled like that.
