Describe the solution you'd like

It is nice to have the "coverage along amplicons" graphs. However, it would be very helpful if there was a way to add a "min depth" column for each amplicon to the summary table.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, could you please provide the code for me the edits myself.
