Change "output" to "publish" to avoid new keyword in NextFlow 24 #50

I just renamed the "output" process to "publish" -- though GroovyLint did change a bit of non-standard spacing, quoting, etc along the way.

This is more of just an example of how I got this setup to work locally. Feel free to close the PR and implement your own fix.
