Dear EPI2ME team:

I see that on 03-Jun-2024 a question was asked about compatibility with the latest ONT GEM-X technology (v4) (issue #108). I was wondering whether you had an update on this? I am planning to perform a Next GEM vs GEM-X comparison and would like to know how I can proceed with the benchmarking analysis with the latest chemistry. Will it be supported within EPI2ME in the near future? Is there a workaround in the meantime?

v2.2.0 of the workflow has just been released that has support for the 3'v4 kit. Pleas give it a try.
