Properly implement remove autocorrelations #7

We punted on the autocorrelation removal in #6. We should get that working again.

@adampbeardsley - @ctaylor-physics is interested in doing image comparisons between EPIC and Orville. It would be nice to have the auto-correlation removal working for this.
