Hi, I'm in the same issue with #2 in both script and academic torrents. Is there another way to download the dataset?

No. The speed of download of the torrent depends on your geographic location. If you're working in a university or institution, we suggest you contact your IT support to use a faster download link. We are not aware of issues in the downloading server.
