Refactor `featextraordinary` column to be `EP/SP` column #66

I am unsure what the extraordinary feat concept is for. It doesn't seem to add logic other than showing an E in the UI.

Extraordinary feats are the ones that cost 1 SP. But, as you point out, the E column is not working. at conveying that It should go. It might be worth adding an EP/SP column, where you could write things like 1+ or 1SP.
