Suggestion: find user button for PMs

A find user button or something like that so you can send people PMs even if 
you don't know their exact account name.

This has been scheduled for Milestone-Release2.0 (ie. the version that will be 
using the SoFurry v2.0 API). There's currently no API in place to search for 
users. However, the application will cache those you message, even when you 
reply to PMs, and the goal is to enable you to send PMs to artists/authors.
