Added tabs for Reports and Packages, also added skeleton for an About page

Thanks for this @hugzsoubrier ! A few suggestions:

You only need to include the word "index" in the page you want to be the homepage. So If you want the about page to be the landing page, rename this to index.qmd and remove the _index.qmd suffix from all the other pages.
I don't think it's necessary to separate dashboards and reports so I would stick to a single "Gallery" page for reports & dashboards. You could maybe clarify in the text above the gallery there is a mixture of both.
For the packages listing page it would be nice to have a template Epi DS hex logo we can use for the image, just changing the name of the package on each. @ceisenhauer I know you did something similar for your dashboards, maybe you could help with this? :)

Also, add the below to the about page yaml to fix the image:

image-shape: rectangle
image-width: 600px
