Timeline date issue #12

See picture below for 2019 ICG #6-A1, decision in April, delivery in July but timeline says shipment took 9 days..

@ntncmch in the indicators doc the time to delivery is defined as (date_ship -> date_delivery) not (date_decision -> date_delivery). Do you want to change it?

Hi @PaulC91, date_ship is poorly filled, so date_delivery is the best to get a sense of when the doses were shipped/delivered in the country. The shipment duration is less important than the time from decision to delivery of doses. Can you change to "X days since request accepted" and use date_decision -> date_delivery ? Thanks
