Refining sheet locking #145

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, only hlist2D sheets are locked. This is dangerous as user can break other sheets by mistake.

Describe the solution you'd like Each sheet is locked by default. But within each sheet has some actions are still possible for the user (enter data where needed, modify graph size, select in dropdown menu).

VList, HList and Analyses sheets are locked. The only remaining sheets are the Geo and Dictionary (The locking process requires more work on some ranges to avoid conflicts when using the linelist)
