be able to hide geo1 when admin1 is optional #262

When geo variable is mandatory, geo1 should be mandatory when geo variable is optional, we should be able to hide admin1 as well as 2,3,4.

works when using the "hide all optional var" feature in the Show/Hide, doesn't work when doing it variable by variable.
