Add social justice benefits to Why DEI is Important Lesson #13

This lesson https://github.com/epicodus-classroom/dei-curriculum/blob/master/dei-talks/1_why_dei_is_important.md focuses too much on the business benefits of DEI - and not enough on the social justice aspects of DEI. Add more points on social justice aspects.

Here's some copy from the advisor who fielded student feedback on this matter: I don't recall <student's name> exact phrasing at this point, but they felt that the reason we should be teaching DEI principles to our students is because acting from those principles is the right thing to do and because we all have an obligation to fight for equity and justice, not because it will make our students better developers or make their software more profitable. So centering the needs of persons over potential profit benefits.
