Why are the motivations for DEI curriculum (students are marginalized and we want to create a safe space, be good stewards in the industry going forward)
Why we are having this discussion in person - as a standup
Why we only have it for 5-8 weeks - we hope
Week 8 - further reading - gather resources - mention DEI shares

The first three points have been addressed by adding a paragraph to https://github.com/epicodus-classroom/dei-curriculum/blob/master/dei-talks/0_intro_to_dei_talks.md. Michael has suggested we also add some quotes on the benefits students get from DEI curriculum. I've combed through the last 6 months of SurveyMonkey feedback and unfortunately I saw very few quotes that would be applicable.
