implying that students should respond to being the target of a microaggression in a specific way by using the language 'should'
implying that we know what being a minority is.
Solutions:
Change 'should' to 'can' and share context that what we offer is just some ways to approach being the target of a microaggression, especially for people with little context or experience dealing with microaggressions.
Speak about marginalization and share experiences from people about the feeling of marginalization.
