We drop support for old platforms and we develop only for iOS 11+

iOS 13+ > Apple will stop accepting submissions of apps that use UIWebView.

changed title from {-iOS 13- > issues with deprecated APIs. Apple will stop accepting submissions of apps that use UIWebView. Needs refactoring and iOS 13 device which I do not have-} to {+Migrating Cordova to Capacitor+}
