This might be the fastest I've ever seen a PR merged in! 😄
I was discussing the issue with BESSY colleagues last night (well, trying to) - this came just at the right moment.
This still leaves open the question about getting my mirror up to date with Ben's work. Is he still planning to rerun a darcs to git conversion?
@mdavidsaver I offered to help him with that but he said he was going to do it (I suggested he push the result to an epics-modules project).
My nightly sync of his old git repo ends exactly where yours does, at the commit where he tagged the latest (R2-2-9) release in May 2021. His darcs changes page does list 3 commits in August but they were just link updates in the documentation, thus I don't think there have been any changes of significance since.
... I suggested he push the result to an epics-modules project
I would second that. A git repository on sourceforge.net seems like it would be workable as well.

Noted. Thanks.
Due to issues at CSR-bessy, sequencer is no longer hosted there. M. Davidsaver is currently maintaining a mirror of that repository, which we can point to instead.
