save instance specific bob file in beamline repo #147

incorrectly says to save a bob file into the ioc-adsimdetector project. This should instead go in t01-services/opi as it is instance specific. You could also comment that ioc-xxx/opi files should be macro-ized by P and R for example.

While fixing this I realize that the file should go in ioc-adsimdetector/services/opi because it relates to the IOC instance described in services/bl01t-ea-ioc-02.
