Add k8s dashboard #156

Both are suggested - but the URL is nasty with proxy imo. https://github.com/kubernetes/dashboard/blob/master/docs/user/accessing-dashboard/README.md

Yep - I agree and also the proxy needs to be redone after each restart

Portforward is also just temporary to be fair - its not a resource. I think NodePort would be the closest resource
