Add qsrv and pvxs support to enable PVA PVs #51

I split these into two install scripts as you could possibly want qsrv to make PVA PVs for all your records, but not pvxs to create PVA PVs from the info tags.

@GDYendell just realised this is not yet merged.

Were we going to remove the qsrv folder?

Yep I just need to confirm that it still works if I do that.

Updated to only use pvxs and it still works the same.

As agreed this also includes the changes that have been effectively merged to main of ioc-adsimdetector.
