add .iocsh files and enable github action #25

Hi @NSenaud,

With this pull request. I add the followings:

add .iocsh suffix to startup
add github action to run linter for json and md files
adjust json files and md files to fullfill linter of github action

Hi @jeonghanlee,

Thanks for all that work! As mentionned on #23 I am no longer in the field and I can't test it myself, so I'll let @vnadot give it a try and release a new version as soon as possible.

I think a Github Action is a very good idea!
