Smaractmcs2 #130

Hey Kevin,

I'm not sure how this fits in with your effort to reorganize the motor module but here's a driver for the Smaract MCS2 controller.

Any suggestions for improvement or changes I should make please let me know.

I'd first like to say thanks for this contribution to the motor module.

This driver should reside in its own repository, rather than be merged into the master motor branch. I think it would be a good idea to have a single motorSmarAct repo that contains the support for both the MCS and MCS2. I will close this PR now and let you know when motorSmarAct exists.

I'm about halfway through the split of the motor module. The motor split should be complete by the middle of next week if I'm able to keep up the current migration rate. The new driver repositories live here:
