Lower the cosmetic rectangle in motorxU.adl to expose tweak controls, which fixes #154.

The autoconversion script needs to be run for opi, ui, et al.

@kmpeters Can you autoconvert to the other screen formats? I don't have the full tool chain for that.

I can convert to all except .bob, if I remember correctly. I'll update them after I merge this pull request.
