xxx.sh assumes Linux OS #15

st.cmd.Linux is stated explicitly, should be decided in a decision tree by examination of the architecture

It would be nicer if this could be completely automated. Need to know how OS is decided on vxWorks and Windows to be complete. For Linux, use uname.

Skip the automation for now and provide all the choices with Linux choice as uncommented.
