BUG in xxx.ui: selection for user calcs 11-20 missing #56

In the custom caQtDM screen xxx.ui, the pop-up menu for userCalc is missing an entry for user calcs 11-20, as shown:

Also, the label for user calcOuts could have the numbers 1-10 appended.
