Splits out procServ support into a 'remote' command. Adds in a basic command shell to allow remote management commands. Users on the same subnet can trigger an IOC to start/stop/restart and access the console.
Usage:
On the computer where the IOC should be run:
xxx.sh remote enable
Then, any computer on the subnet can run
xxx.sh start
