Need to update EPICS documentation #6

I have added the existing EPICS Symetrie documentation file, MAN_A_Software_Manual_EPICS_5.0.210830.pdf, to a new docs/ directory. However, this documentation is out of date since it does not discuss the motor record support and other changes.

Could we put the source code for this documentation in the docs/ directory so that we can improve it?

I have the original word document that was written for Symetrie by Observatory Sciences. It isn't quite the "source" for this document but I can supply it if needed. @anthonylhostis let me know if you can supply the original version of your manual. Would it be worth transferring the text to sphinx or similar rather than word?
