It appears thorlab only publish windows driver, https://www.thorlabs.com/software_pages/ViewSoftwarePage.cfm?Code=Motion_Control&viewtab=1 Does that mean this IOC only works on Windows?

The Kinesis support will only work on Windows. The older MDT695 support should work on any OS supported by EPICS.
