1.4-2: Fixes an issue with related displays not setting macros correctly for the child display. Plus hardening and some bitrot preemptive maintenance.

1.4-3: Fixes more issues with converting composites (related displays). Fixes some compiler and Lintian warnings

Builds on wheezy and squeeze with no changes.

areaDetector must be rebuilt using this version to fix camera panels. Stay tuned...
