V3.15.8 #26

This is a small step for us since all the log-related bug fixes were backported to 3.15.7-2.

We are planning to start testing this release in our test environment next week.

We have successfully used this code in production for quite a while on all of our IOCs. No issues. 3.15.8-2 patches a bug that was biting us recently.

Any progress so far? Has anyone else tested the packages or plans to do so? I successfully rebuild it in our building environment and would like to import 3.15.9 after this is merged into the master branch.
