Set up G Suite account with @epidemicforecasting.org email #390

Urgency: medium, should be done in a few days, but not so high as to override more critical things.

We want a gmail account to be able to use better email integrations for managing the inbox (getting very large). Oxford's internal mail (outlook) isn't great for this.

Just set up the account and fix all the DNS stuff to verify domain, then make me admin, and I can handle the rest.

What about the billing? Do we have a credit card to use?

G Suite is available for free for non-profits, but it is a quite long procedure (weeks), needs backing by local organizations (like TechSoup) etc., so I do not think it is an option atm.

I wanted to do that but I need access to the DNS records to do that which only @gavento has access to. (https://support.google.com/a/answer/9212585)

I am happy to add the TXT record anytime someone asks me to do it. See e.g. https://support.google.com/a/answer/183895#generic_TXT

I have not done anything regarding domain registration at GCS yet.
